“Beautiful and Beloved Music of All Time”

Introduction

The Concert Series “Beautiful and Beloved Music of All Time” was created to showcase the finest in musical programs, and to enhance the quality of life of the community by offering a wide range of cultural and educational experiences.

Ms. Feldman explains her concept of the Concert Series:
“When I began planning this Concert Series, I was intrigued by the questions: How can a composer’s life explain his music? Why at the most dramatic moments the composer writes the most joyful music? Answering these provocative questions was both illuminating and challenging. I came to the conclusion that the best way to approach these themes would be to build the performances through alternating chapters of composer’ biographical narratives and a samples of the music exemplifying a particular composer’s emotions. Most important is that these programs give each person a moments of beauty and wonderful opportunity to enjoy and learn in an easily accessible environment.”
