Bass Museum of Art, Miami Beach

With Ms. Phyllis F. Resnick

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Bass Museum of Art, I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for the beautiful program,"Two Love Stories of Frederic Chopin" you presented on January 10th.

Once again you attracted a full house. With the narrative by Ms. Phyllis Resnick framing your touching renditions of Chopin's poetically expressive melodies, the audience was transported to another era. It is to your credit that your fingers responded to the technical demands of his compositions as much as the audience responded to your fervent interpretation. Your selection of works was in perfect keeping with the unfolding story of Chopin's two loves and Ms.Phyllis F. Resnick ' soothing voice added much to the artistry, interest and educational value of the program.

I am thrilled that the Bass Museum was able to join in the world-wide bicentennial celebration of Chopin's birthday. It was a wonderful component of the museum's concert series. Thank you and Ms. Phyllis Resnick for sharing your talents and enthusiasm for your craft with us. I look forward to the possibility of working with you again in the future.

Release of a new CD “Musical Collage”

This is both a moving and an inspiring release, simply because this performance projects the clarity, energy and passion.

Music today is a polymath. It is now impossible to define classical music without mixing wide variety of styles and cultures. The “Musical Collage” reveals this tendency by presenting the layers of complex palate of different musical works ranging from the 17th Century to 20th Century and includes many of the popular selections from the Concert Series “Beautiful and Beloved Music of All Time.”

Gift like this is the perfect way to make every moment more special and to provide that rare experience of pleasurable musical experience that people appreciate most, and remember longest.
